Obituary of Kurtis Eugene Woodham

Kurtis (With a K.) E. Woodham, lifelong resident of Bradenton, passed away Sunday May 22, 2022 surrounded by family. Kurtis was born October 14, 1955, the 5th of 10 children, in Bradenton. He was a graduate of Southeast High School. Kurtis was one of the kindest and most generous people in this world. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed cooking and good eating. He was retired from the Wholesale Food Industry. Preceded in death by parents, Dewey and Helen (Vaughn) Woodham, Brother, Michael, and Niece, Brittany, and beloved cat Eddy and dog Ralph. He is survived by long time companion Karen Glynn Deleeuw, sisters Donna King, Susan Bassler(Gerald), Robbie Miller(William), Pamela, Beverly Ellis(Roger), Patricia Rehfeldt(Michael) brothers, Samuel and Richard. 44 Nieces and Nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM June 18, 2022 at Bayshore Community Church, 6502 14th Street West, Bradenton. Family requests donations be made to NASCAR Foundation for Children or the charity of your choice.
